Another fatal accident by falling into a boiling hole happened tit Rotcrua to a young Native giil named Lucy Ngupuußj a member of the Tuhcurarjjgi tribo. The three- and-a-half-j ear-old son of J Ebbetfr, of Meharahara, N. I , was burned to death on Friday night. The boy's dress caught fke durirg the temporary absence of his mother. He was terribly iojured abcub the bjdy and face, *n<l died at mid-dsy.

Our Waipori correspondent writes that on Sunday Mr John Olafft-y. while wrestling playfully with ft friend, had his h-p broken below the knee. After tbe limb had b«?u lemr/orarily baodaged the st)fftrer was promptly removed to the Lawrenoe Hospital.
