AVERAGES OF STODD ARTS TEAM.
LoNDbN, September 17. The following averages of the members of A. E. Stoddarfc's team have been compiled in connection with first-class mutches in the English cricketing season jast closed:— F. G. J. Ford ib fleet with 53 runs per innings, N. F. Droce and A. O. MacLaren being second and third respectively with 51 each. K. S. RaDJitsiDJhi is fifth with 45, Abel sixth with 41; and the averag3B of the others are : Hayward, 38 ; Waiawright, Hirat, and J. R. MasoD, 35 each ; A. E. Stoddarb, 30 ; Storer, 27 ; Board, 22 ; Briggs, 17 ; Hearne 13 ; Richard-
Boa. 11. In the bowling analysis A. E. Trott is first with 50 wickate at a cost of 13 7-8 rnn<3 per wicker, and Richardson in third with 273 wickets for 14£ runs each. Bdggs'a average is 16£, Heine's 17J. Hayward's IS, Mason's 22 7 S, and Wainwcighl's avid Hirst's 23 each. [Ford, Abel, and Trott are not included iv j Sboddarb's team.]
