jThirty-fous. Inch Leg writes :— I ride an '"%3mperial Hover, -24iu frame. Being tall, I have draw the seat pillar out to its fullest extent to get a full reach. Would it be possible to take cut the present frame and substitute a 26in frame? No, get about 3in added to the seat pillar. This will get over the difficulty without fettering tbe frame.
