[ The hearing of the charge preferred against John Fitzgerald and William Wilson, of murder- ■ ing James 'M'lnto'sh in Munro street on March i 29, wag commenced at the Magistrate's Courb j this morning. Mr Gotterill, Crown Prosecutor, \ conducts fhe proaecutiou ; Mr Cresswall defends i Fitzgerald, and, Mr Lusk appears for Wilson, Beta accused were committed for trial.
