Messrs William E. Reynolds and Co., Bond street, report for the week ending 17th February as follows :— Wheat.— New grain is now offeung freely from the north, but a« millers are low in stocks what is offering finds buyers at up to 43 fid per bushel for extra good velvet, Tuscan at up to 4s 4:', and red 6orts 4s 2d ; but as soon as immediate requirements are filled prices are likely to ease somewhat. Oats : Stocks of last^season's grain are very scarce, but already samples of new grain are j to hand, which would point to the lharvest being earlier than usual this year. There is not much \ business doing at the moment, everybody prefer- | ring to pursue a lu&vd t»-mojth policy until the j new crop is offering fre.'ly, when they expect to buy at l(.\vnr prices.
