Rule 17 reads :•— " The programme of each meeting in which the added money is £150 or upwards BiUat be advertised in full once at least in the racial Calendar. The advertiiement shall Bhow that the programme has been approved by the Jockey Olub, shall state the days on which the meetiDg is to begin and end, and the names of the stewards, judge, starter, clerk of scales, and hfcttdic&pper." All notifications for the future published in this column are so published under the authority of the Dunedin Jockey Club, and are binding on country clubs and others, who must therefore duly note the same.
