THE QUEEN OF HOUMANIA'S POEM.
A poem written by the Queen of Roum»nit was read at the Burns centenary celebration at Dnmfries on July 21. Here, are thrsa verses from it :— >, Scots, wha-hae \vi' Wallace, bled.
