PouiTET.— The following prices ruled at last week's sale : Young oocks, 2s; Pd to 3a 6d per pair: hens and old cocks, 2s 2d to 2s 7d ; ducks, 3s 6d to 43 3d ; geeae, n-ne ; hen turkeys, 4Jd to 5d per lb ; cock turkeys, Ed to 6d. Fkuit —Pears (medium), 21d per lb ; oranges, ia per case ; bananas, Id to lid per lb. Business bo far this year has left nothing to complain of. We specially draw attention to our winter show, which we are holding on the premises next to the\City Hotel. We are told that nothing like it has been seen here before, and we believe it.
