CORONATION OF THE CZAR.

The Siberian exiles, after 12 years, will be released without restoration of civil rights, bub the political exiles who have led blameless lives frill have the rights restored. The Czar assured M. Thß Czar, replying to messages announcing that the French atmy was celebrating the Ceremony by festivities, said that this mark - bf alliance with the Russian people was a fresh proof of sympathy by which he had been profoundly moved.
