Edie as a village homestead allotment on lease in perpetuity at 2s 4d peraare per annum ; section 42, block IV ( Greenvale (la Of 2t>p), selected by James Rennie as a village homestead allotment on lease in perpetuity at 2a 4s per acre per annum ; section 9, block VIII, Tautuku district (221 a 3i- 16p), gelected by Geo. Wilson on the ocoupa iou with right to purchase system at a capit il value of 15s per acre ; sections 40 and 43, block VII, Upper Taieri district (5» Ir 24p), selected by James E. S. Crcrar on lease in perpetuity at a capital value of 25s psr annum ; section 6, block XII, Tarras district (51a), selected by Charles Waide, sen., as an occupation lease under " The Mining District Land Occupation Act 1884," at 9d per aero per annum. Section 75, block 11, Ardgowan estate, containing lJa Or 27p, was re-ballotad for, on account of the original successful applicant not 'paying his deposit.
