All winners of any race after the handicap is declared may be rehandicapped, but rehandicap shall not exceed five seconds per mile. For rehandicap race penalties shall not be considered cumulative. Nominators must give all previous performances. All horses not accepted by above date 3 forfeit all claim to the race. Note.— Twenty-five nominations at least must be received or no ra:e.
