PROPERTY SALES.
Messrs James Samson and Co. report having sold by auction at their rooms sections numbered 61 and 63 respectively, containing 30 acres, with buildings thereon, situated at Pine Hill, known as the late Mr George Findlay*s property, to ill W. Wood, for £760. Meßßrs W. Philp and Co., of Gore, report thesal* of the Criterion Hotel, Main street. Gore, ih« property of Mrs Watson, to Mr James Knight, the present licensee, at a satisfactory price. They also report having sold the business, leate, stock, dec. of the s»me house on account of Mr Knight to Mr Lrturenson, lately of Outram. The National Mortgage Company, Invercargili, report the following further sales in Mr E. Cowan's Benmore estate:—l4O acres at £6 aa acre, and 106 acres at £7 an acre. •
