" Shortly after noon yesterday a man ■ named Joseph Reeve 3, a resident of North Sydney, reported to the North Sydney police that the body of a man was floating off Ball's Head, at Kerosene B*y. The body was removed to the Ndrth Sydney Morgue by the water police. The man appeared to bay* be«n in the water for about 12 HOURS. An elector's right for the electorate of Willoughby was found in his pocket. The right was ia the name of Michael Sullivan.
