London, May 22. T-he first olause of Mr Chaplin* Agricultural R-tting Bill has been passed. Mr Gladstone, wlting upon the subject of tbe Voluntary Schools Bill, blamee the Irishman a little, tlae DitmuteH more, but Parnelliteg most of all. The House of Commons .sat for 20 hours oontiuaously. There wore disorderly sceses, and navvjral members were suspended. Hay 23. Mr Ohaplin'B lifting ,Bill has ' passed through Committee. The only obstruction offorud to the measure was that of a.f«w Radicals and Irish members. Messrs Lloyd-George (Carnarvon), Lewie (Flint), Dillon (M*yo), Tanner (Oork> und D. Sullivan (West Mfi».th) were suspended for a week for defying the Chair. The servraant-at-<4»ms removed M*-s*rs Daviu (M^yo West), James O'Connor (Wickluw), and MaoAleesa (Monaghan) for refusing to vote., The House of Commons adjourned until June 1.
Mr Redmond accuses Mr Dillon of opposing the Rating Bill iv order to wreck the Irish L-w,d Bill.
