Immense preparations arc being made in Moscow for the coronation of the O«<\r. Ifc is expected that 30 members of foreign Royal families will be present at the ceremony. The total coßt is estimated at 50,000,000 roubles. The triumphal entry of the Czar will taka place on Thursday, and he will be crowned on the following Tuesday. It is reported that the Czar will celebrate the ocoasion by granting &n amnesty to thousands of prisoners and by ordering that in future flogging be abolished.
