Pillans to offer for private sale the unsold portion of the estate, containing : 9K»>9 Acres of Virgin Land, surveyed into £t*JO-j s j x block*, bavins: ia each respectively 443 aces, 361 acres, 595 acres, 46J acret<, 2--8 acres, and 381 acres. This land is within easy access of Stirling and Lovell's Flat railway stations, and for the growth of grass, oats, and turnips is not surpassed in the district. In order to close accounts, the trustees have decided to accept prices or to give terms to purchasers such as bhould ensure tbe immediate sale of the remainder of the Maauka Island Jfotate. The settlers on the portion of the estate sold in 1892 have done well with their purchases, which is in itbelf a guarantee that the land is good. INSPECTION OF THE UNSOLD FARMS IS INVITED. Mr W. S.
