The following prices were realised at last week's pales :— Young cocks, 2s 6d to 3i 3d ; hens and old rocks, Is lid to 2s 4d ; chickens, Is 9d ; cockcicl«, 2s 3d. Ducks, 3i 6d to 5a 6d. Geese, none. Hen turkeys, 4d per lb ; cook turkeys, 5i per lb.~ Fruit.— Arrivals » till slackening off. Apples are in good deiinnd and realise fair prices.
