Messrs Tothili,, Watson, and Co. report bavins held their fortnightly sala on Tuesday The entries of fat and sheen were large, and of fat and store cattle only msaium. Fat sheep : Best quality wore well competed for, and showed an advance on last sale* of about Is per head. Sheep in forward -con- : dition, suitable for putting on turnips, sold readily and graziers were operating pretty freely. B> ceding ewes -wore not,»o much in owing, no doubt, to the xeason for this class being; rather far advanced. The day was exceptionallyrough, and stock were looking very miserable.
