Ardgowan Estate. NOTICE IS, HEREBY GIVEN that 65 Sections on the ARDGOWAN EBTATB, near Oamaru, will be open for Application on the LEASE IN PERPEITJITY System, with possession on Ist June next, under " Tha Lands for Settlements Act 1894," at this office, and\at Mr Henry Mackintosh's office, Tyne street, Oamaru, on TUESDAY, the 12th of May, 1696. The areas vary from 9 acres to 365 acred, and the rentals per acre from 5s 6d to 16s. In cases where more than one application is received for the same section on the date of application, priority of selection will be decided by ballot on THURSDAY, the 14th of May, at Weir street Hall, Oamaru. 'Posters giving detailed information relative to the various section*, aho general information and instructions to intending applicants, will shortly be ready for distribution. A member of the survey party is stationed at the Survey Camp, on Section 112, in the forenoon, and at the Homestead in the afternoon from 1 p.m., for the purpose of affording information and assisting intending applicants in viewing the 'estate.
