The following sections of Crown lands were disposed of at the Duuedin office this week : — Section 14, block 111, part of Maerewbeuua estate, Gi 3r 22p.— I?o=ia Maud Grant, ou lease in perpetuity, at a rental of 8s 9J per acre. Sfction 16. block 111, part of Muerewhenua es'.ate, 43a 3r 36p.— Patrick Kelly, on lease in perpetuity, at a rental of 7b 3d per aero. Section 32, block 11, Awamoko, G3j 3r 22p.— Henry William Hill, on lease in peipetuity, at a rental of 2s per acre. Section 22, block 11, Maniototo, 3a lr lip.— Jane P.itteraon, at a f npital value of 253 per acre. Section 20, block IV, Upper Taieri, and sections IS and 31, block I. Hock and Pillar (grouped), 460* ]r W)p —Richard Kinsman, at a capital value of 18 3 Od per acre.
