William Beuson, section 24, block IX, Warepa.— Lease forfeited for non-execution of lease David M'Connell, lease in perpetuity, section 51, Pomahaka estate.— Lease forfeited for non-payment of rent and non-compliance with conditions of occupation, and it being reported that lessee had abandoned the section. Silver Peak.— The application of Wm. Gibson "to complete purchase of deferred payment section 2, block 11, Silver Peak, was appioved. Timer Hii.l —An occupation lease, comprising three -acrus, in block IV, 'iiger Hill, was granted to Lim Hoy at 10s per annum, subject to survey fees being deposited. Trans ter. — The transfer of sections 22 and 23, block 1, Glenomaru, was approved. Resolution Rescinded.— lt was resolved that the resolution of July 30 reopening section 28, block XVI. Maniototo, be rescinded co far as it applies to the section in question. Section to be reserved from salo in the meantime. Hamilton S.—-J. M'Alpine forwarded a series of resolutions passed at a public meeting at HamUtons in regi-rd to the subdivisions of 204 and 204 a. —Received.
