LAND BOARD.

The weekly meeting of the Land Board, held on Wednesday, was attended by Messis J. P. Maitland (Chief Commissioner), H. Clark, W. Dallas, and J Duncan. Forfeited HoLMNGS.-Raugsr Fraser having reported on the undermentioned forfeited holdings, they were dealt with in the following manner :— Section 19, block V, Clarendon district, recommended for notification at a capital value of 10s per acre ; section GJ, block IX, Glenomaru, recommended for notification at a capital value of 10s per acre, with valuation for improvements £3; section 33, block VI, Glenomaru, recommended for notification in two portions at a capital value of 10s per acre; the northern portion to be burdened with £10 valuation for improvements.
