Victoria 3,287,036 9,594,894 12,881,930 N.S.W. 2119,450 5,418,851 7.538,301 NevrZeal'nd 3,134,203 3,615,715 6,749,918 Qu.ensland 677,504 714,121 1.418,625 Tasmania 411,360 — 411,360 Bat of these amounts, in New South Wales £5,418,851 has been found by the Government, and is included in the public debt ; In Victoria £4,892,837 has been found by the Government ; in Queensland the entire £1,418,625 has beett provided by the State ; in New Z- uland th 6 Government has only found £213,800, thougjj it has guaranteed a farther Amount; and in Tasmania only £54,200 was provided out of Government loans.
