They are situate in the centre of one of ths most prosperous districts in the province, about equi-distaut from Gore and Tapanui, close to the proposed Waikaka Railway Station, and the nearest point is within half a mile of the township of that name. The district is famed for its good roads. The whole property is laid down in English grass, and is ready for almost immediate possession— sufficient time for sale and removal of tho sheep only being required.
