For the convenience of buyers the sale will be held at the Yards', Middlemarch, commencing at 10 o'clock sharp, thus enab'ing those attending the sale to return by 2.20 train same day. Buyers and others going to the sale by rail will require to go by the 4.20 train leaving Dunedin on Wednesday afternoon.
