PROPERTY SALE.
Messrs Park, Reynolds, and Co. report that there was a large attendance at their property Bale on Monday, but the bidding was not very spirited. The following-were the sales effected :—: — Section 90, Glen estate Mrs Liddell, £27 ; section 152, Glen estate, Mr Hewitt, £30 ; allotment 63, subdivision of block XI, Stafford street, South Dunedin, G. Hicks, £72; sections 10, 11, 12, township of Maybank, Opoho, J. Dollan, £50.
