PORTOBELLO RIFLE CLUB.
The second competition for Thomson, Bridger, and Co.'s, Edmond and Co.'s, and the company's prizes took place on Saturday^. There was a large turn out of competitors. The weather was not favourable for good shooting. Ranges, 300, 400, and 500 ' yards; five shots at each distance. The highest scores in each class are : — FIRST CLASS. SECOND CLASS. Mr J.
