July 20— Oamaru.— North Otago Champion Stake. "August 9, 10, 11.— Champion Stakes, Maiden Stakes, and Sapling Stakes. August 24— Oamaru.— Bracelet Stake.

The Oamaru Coursing Club have issued their bill of fair for 1893. Besides an All-aged Sbakes and a St. Leger, open only to members of the club, the programme provides for a Champion Stake and a Bracelet Stake, with open events for all-aged dogs, the former to be run in July and the latter in August.
