Handicaps for the Flying Handicap, Two and a-half Mile Trot, Naseby Cup, and Handicap Hack Race will appear on the right of February 1, 1893, at 9 p.m. Acceptances to be lodged with the Secretary before 10 p.m on the same night. Handicaps for the District Handicap, County Plate, One and a-half Mile Trot, Stewards' Purse, and President's Handicap will appear on the course. The winner of the Jockey Club Handicap to carry 101b penalty in the Welter Handicap. The winuer of any race of the value of L2O or over after the appearance of the weights for the Jockey Club and Welter Handicap to carry 51b penalty. No horse entered for any Handicap, except Selling Races, will be allowed to run in any Hack Race at this meeting. No entries will be received for any of the above races, except upon the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points to be final. Trotting horses to carry not less than 11.0. All entries and acceptances must be in sealed covers addressed to the Secretary, and to contain entrance money, description, pedigree, and age of horses, aud colours to be worn by the riders, or the full fine will be enforced. Five per cent, deducted from all stakes. Horses walking over to receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. Owners of trotting hor3e3 to give previous performances. Any person entering a protest must deposit L 2, and should the Stewards deem such protest frivolous, the deposit will be forfeited. The first race will start at 11.30 a.m. sharp each day. No entries or acceptances will be received on any pretence after the day and hour specified in each case. Exchange to be added on all cheques.
