Draughts Match.
QUEENSTOWN. This club seems to be progressing satisfactorily, which is evident from the number that attend the meetings and the intsrest taken in the games. There arc about 35 members on the roll. Many of the young men of the town have become members, and, judging by the recent match, they will soon make the more experienced players sit up. A match between the club and Arrowtown has been arranged as we expected, bxit the date has not been yet llxed. Below is the result of a match, president (Mr Walker) v. vice-president (Mr G. lieul) — three games each player— which came to hand too late for last issue.
