NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Application is intended to be made on behalf of the Governors of the Otago Boys' and Girls' High Schools to the General Assembly of New Zealand at the present Session thereof for leave to bring in a Bill, the object of which is to vest in Trustees as a Cemetery under " The Cemeteries Act 1882," Section 35, Block IV, Mokoreta Survey District, containing 17 acres 2 roods 20 perches, being part of the Secondary Education Reserves vested in the Otago Boys' and Girls' High Schools Board. A copy of the said Bill, and also a duly certified plan of the land comprised in the schedule thereto, has been deposited in the Resident Magistrate's Court for the district of Southland at Wyndham for public inspection.
