The secretary of the Jutland Flat (Waipon) Gold Mining Company (Limited) reports for week ending 7th inst. :— r ' Twenty-six ounces seven penuy weights gold for 144 hours' wages time. ' The secretary of the Amalgamated Waipon Deep Lead Gold Mining Company (Limited) received the following telegram from the mine manager yesterday :— "Cleaned up on Wednesday last, and got 470z 4d\vt gold." Mr Thomas Callender. secretary of the Sew Hoy Big Beach Gold Mining Company (Limited), reports having received a telegram from Queenstown intimating 930z 18gr retorted gold. The Upper Waipori Alluvial Gold Dredging Company (Limited) obtained from No. 1 dredge soz logr of gold for five days 15 hours', and from No. 2 dredge 230z 16dwt 12g# : of gold for five days five hours' dredging last week. The mine manager of the Island Block Lxtended Gold Company reports having washed up on Saturday 250z 17dwt 3gr for four days sluicing. The secretary of the Sandhills Gold Mining Company (Limited) reports 2b'oz 7dwt llgr of gold for last week's dredging. The secretary of the Miller's Creek Gold Dredging Company (Limited) reports 17oz 17dwt of gold for last week's dredging. The secretary of the Dunedin Gold Dredging Company (Limited) has received the following telegram from the dredgemaster :— " Dredging all the week : no bottom yet ; 430z gold."
