LAWN TENNIS.
The private match played on the Balclutha Club's green on tile 13th between a number of ladies and gentlemen from Milton and a number of Clutha players resulted in a win for the local players. The visitors were, however, handicapped by the absence of Mr Duthie. The match was a vt^ry enjoyable one, and the ladies supplied refreshments on the green. Subjoined are the scores : — B. M.
