Saturday, Feuruarv 20. For the V.A.T. Club meeting to-day light, drizzling rain fell, consequently there was only a moderate attendance. Results : — Criterion Stakes.— Happy Jack, 1; Fronde, 2 Azini finished second, but failed to draw weight. Huiidlks. — Sultan beat Sundowner through sheer gameness. Oaklkicu Handicap. Five furlongs and a-half.— Camoola (Liddiard), 1 ; Coin (Maybin), 2; Fortunatua (James Hayes), 3. Eighteen started. Camoola was favourite at 4to 1 against. The Hawkkshury Handicap. — Merriment (Griffiths), 1 ; Tiraillefie (White), 2 ; Jack (Cooper), 3. Eleven .started. Betting : 7 to 2 agsfc Wandsworth, 10 to 1 Merriment, v?ho won throughout.
