The Factory Building stands upon about one acre of freehold, and was not long since constructed. The dimensions are — 200 ft x 32ft x 15ft, with concrete floors, chimney stack, and manager's house of eight rooms. It is close to Sawyers' Bay station, on the Dunedin-Port Chalmers line of railway, and about seven miles from the former and one mile i and a-half from the latter.
