Rules and Regulations. The first race will be started promptly at Noon. No horse nominated for the Jockey Club and President's Handicaps will be. allowed to run in the Hack Race. No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition : ' That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, orvWhom they may appoint, their decisions in all cases to be final. Names, ages, pedigrees (if any), as well as the previous performance of trotting horses,, together with the names of owners -and -colours, of the riders must accompany all nominations. Five per cent, will be deducted from the grogs amount of stakes for expenses.
