CANTERBURY AGRICULTURAL NEWS.
(Fbom Odb Owk Cobbespondent.) Chbistchubch, Ootober 29.— Everything is making wonderful growth nnder the influence of the warm sun and the weekly rain that we have had this monbh. This week's rain has yet to come, but the clouds to-night look very promising. Everybody is. busy with the shows, and as the fixtures do not clash so badly as they have done during tha last three years, and tbe weather has been "fine, Ellesmere and Timara have been well attended by the public. The exhibits at both shows were quite up to the best yet attained.
