Acoeotanoes must be made to the secretary not later than 8 p.m. on THURSDAY, September 24. Nominations for the Maiden Plate mush be made on the night of General Bntry, SEPTEMBER 24. before 8 p.m. All nominations must be accompanied by fees, name, age, and description of horse, and colours of | the rider. j Previous performances mu9t also be given of horses entered for the trots which have not run on the Alexandra course. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. No qualification fee required. So entries win be received for any of the above raoss except on tbe condition that all disputes ahall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint, aud their decision shall ba final. Horses nominated for any of the handicaps will not be allowed to run In the Hack Bace. The races will be run under the Dunedin Jookey Club's rul's and regulations, both as to the rules of racing and working tbe totalisator.
