Petition for winding up, &o. — (Mr Hosking for the compauy, Mr Platts, of Port Chalmers, for the execution creditors, Messrs Morgan and Cable). — Accordingly; Messrs MorgaD, Cable, and Co. to be entitled to the same charge on the assets of the company in the hands of the liquidator and taken in execution as if they had been sold by the sheriff under the writ of sale, and that the official liquidator should, out of the first assets that should come to his hands, pay to Messrs Morgan, Cable, and Co. the sum recovered and costs.
