Payment of Abbeabs.— The following perpetual lessees having paid up arrears of rent the board was askedlto rescind minute of forfeiture respecting them : —A. Oarnie, section 21. block 11, Mount Hyde, and sootion 14, block VII, M>unt Hyde.-Forfeiture rescinded ao~ordiugly. Hawksbury,— Mr W. U, Smith, for Mr Allan Orbell, asked permission for his client to reside on his leasehold sections 6, bluck IX, Hawksbury, which was distant from his small grazing run 171 by less than 10 miles.— Consideration deferred uuti the 24th inst.
