(Per Press Association.) London, June 8. At the wool auctions prices are unchanged.

Tbe New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) have received the following telegram from their London office, dated Bth inst.: — "Wool: The sales progress firmly ; competition by both Home and foreign buyers is active. Since the opening of the sales the following advances in prices have taken place: — Medium and inferior greasy, superior greasy merino, and superior combing washed, Jd perlb; medium and inferior washed, Jd to Id per lb; scoured merino, Id per lb; medium crossbred market easier ; other descriptions unchanged."
