THE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.

A COMPANY TO TAKE OVBE THE GLOBO ASSETS. ,

(Per Press Association.)

London, July 3.

A company, including some first-class capitalists in the city, has been formed to take over the globo assets of the Bank of New Zealand. The company will obtain large advances while retaining control of the assets and the future profit. The advances will be ample for all the wants of the bank, including future extension of business. Capitalists are fully satisfied of the soundness of the bank, and it is expected the scheme will be completed immediately. Before, however, shareholders are asked to confirm the proposal, a full refutation will be submitted respecting Mr Buckley's charges. If the scheme is confirmed, the London Board will assume the management, and the bank directors will be increased by other good names.
