THE FRANKTON BEACH COMPANY.

We understand the Frankton Beaoh dredge Is now nearly completed, and will be transferred very shortly to the company's olaim, whioh is situated below the Horseshoe Bend, Wakatipu, and Kawarau 1 dredging olaims. The dredge will well repay a cursory Inspection in Messrs B. S. Sparrow and Co. s (the builde-s') yard. Mr Davey (the engineer) and Mr Beal (the consulting engineer) bavo done their best to see the construction efficiently carried out, and from what wo hear of the resources of tl.e claim if the dredge i» skilfully handled and the saving of the gold carefully looked to, it should prove a remunerative investment to the shareholders. The Frankton Beach dredge will be about the largest and most powerful constructed to date, and will have the extra improvement of a ladder, the length of whioh is adjustable, which will save a great deal of labour in working. This has been specially designed by Mr Davey, tbe inspector.
