Sandager, nest of trapdoor Bpider, and large collection of fishes from Mokuhinou Island ; Mr S. H. Drew (Wanganul), black perch; Mr J. Davidson, Perlon shnrk ; Master F. Young, fossil shells ; *Mr Jas. S Holm s, case of specimens of wool, with photographs of the sheep ; *Mr H. Cawkwell (Melbourne, per Mr A. Meyer), large crocodile, several Australian mammals, four cases of stuffed birds, a lar^e collection of weapons, paddles, and food bowls, from Australia ami the Solomon Islands, and a collectiou of New South Wales minerals; *Mr T.
