WRIGHT, STEPHENSON, & CO. have received instructions from Messrs Robert Robinson and Sons (Granton) to sell by auction at the Wool and Grain Stores, High street, on Saturday, 28th June, at 2 o'clock, Sections 9 and 10, Block VII, Clarendon District, containing 212 Acres, 170 of which have been ploughed, and are now laid down in English grasses. The whole is well fenced (sheep-proof), and there is a good shepherd's hut and sheep yards on the ground. Also, Sections 36 and 38, Block 11, Maungatua District, containing 162 Acres (more or less). 120 acres have been ploughed, and are now in turnips; there are 30 acres splendid maiden bush, and the balance is in nativo grass.
