THE SUTTON STREAM WATER RACE AND SLUICIRG COMPANY (LIMITED). FOE SALE by TENDER, the CLAIM, WATER RACE, aud MINING PLANT of the abovenamed Company. The Claim is held under a lease from tbe University of Otagofora term of 14 years, from the Ist day of April 1885, at the yearly rent of £t5, payable half-yearly , and a royalty of. 6d per ounce on all gold obtained from t)io laud. It comprises about 15 acres of land, situated at the junction of the Sutttou Stream and the Taieri River ; a water race 10 miles in length, carrying a right to 8 heads of water from the Sutton tail race ; 93ft 20in iron pipes, reduced to 9in,6loft 9in iron pipes, 87ft 7ln pipes, valves, one pair breeches to work two valves, elbows, nozzles, smithy and blaoksmith'a tools, and other implements used in working the claim. It is confidently believed that In the hands of a party of working" miners the property could be made to yield excellent returns. An inspection of the claim and plant by intending purchasers is respectfully invited.
