BEAL.-From the effectß of a train accident in London, Thomas Shrubsole Beal, formerly of Sydney, and commander of Panama and New Zealand E.M. Company's ship Ruahine and of the ship Poictiers, trading to New Zealand in 1848 ; aged 69 years. Bathgate.— On the 20th August, at The Glen, Dunedin, Mary M'Laren, widow of the late John Bathgate; aged 6B years.
