PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council intends by Special Order to RAISE a LOAN, under '• The Local Bodies Loans Act 1886," for the folio wins; WORK:— Ist. Erection of Bridge over Akatore Creek. 2nd. Ths Sum proposed to be borrowed is £200. 3rd. The Special Rate to be raised to pay the Half-yearly Instalments will be One-eighth of a Penny in the Found over said district. ■ A POLL of the Ratepapayers in the above district will be taken at' Mr John Pearson's House, Akatore, on SATURDAY, the 28th day of April 1888, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., on the above proposal.
