Second Day— March 6.
The second day's racing of the V.R.C. Autumn meeting took place to-day. The weather was fine, but rather dull and cold. The attendance was good. The following are the results :— MAIDEN STAKES, Of osovs, with 200 added; second horse 4o and thiid SOsovs. Special weights — Three-year-olds to carry Bst; 4yrs, Bst 51b; oyrs and upwards, Sst 71b; mares allowed 31b and geldings 51b. One mile and a-quarter. Mr J Mayo's The Queen ... ... ... 1 Mr Heywood's eh c Lord Allen ... ... 2 Mr J B Clarke's bl or br c Bolingbroko ... 3 Five others started. Won by two lengths. Time, 2min lOsec.
