We held our usual yalo on Saturday. About 80 hor.sej came torward con-ibting chiefly of medium draughts and light harm ss horses. The attendance was largo, but bidding slack. We sold 40 head, amongst them being drafts trom Messrs R. Forbes (Woodlands), J. Robertson (Wuitnhuna), Patrick Ahem (Lawrence). J.Meikle (Gore), at prines ranging from £8 to £22. Thu demand for really firstclass draughts is good, but tew are coming Jorward. Wo quot.b iirst-clast draughts at from £22 to £2(i ; medium do. £15 to £20; 1-ght do, £8 to £12 ; mstclass hacks and light harness horses £15 to £20 ; medium tlo, £(5 to aVi; light, and weedy, £1 10s U> £5.
